Overlooking rolling hills in eastern Pennsylvania, the ACE Center is a refreshing retreat just outside of the city of Philadelphia. Recent and continuing renovations help ensure guests have access to refreshments, recreation, and a relaxing stay.

ACE Center Rates & Reservations

We are pleased to offer a special room rate of $199 per night at the ACE Center. Hotel costs are not included as part of the symposium. Guests will be responsible for making their reservations and payment at the time of checkout. To reserve your room, contact the ACE Center at 800 523-3000. Mention that you are attending the ESIS Global RiskAdvantage Symposium in order to receive the special rate.

Registration for the ESIS Global RiskAdvantage Symposium is FREE.

The Perfect Experience

Registration for the ESIS Global RiskAdvantage Symposium is FREE.

The symposium is designed to maximize our guests' experience with opportunities to participate in a broad range of training and educational sessions. Our trainers are experienced Global RiskAdvantage staff. Our presenters are thought leaders who provide stimulating ideas from unique perspectives.

General sessions are for all guests. Training sessions and presentations are designed for smaller groups and offered at different times to accommodate each guest’s preferences. At the point of registration, you will be provided with a customized tool to develop your own individual roster.

Travel/Arrivals

For guests traveling by air to Philadelphia, metered taxies are available at the airport.
As an alternative, you can arrange transportation in advance by calling the ACE Center at 800 523-3000.

Participants in the New User
Jump-start Session

Plan to arrive Sunday or early Monday morning. Sessions begin at 10 a.m.

All other participants

All other participants should plan to arrive on Monday. Please plan to join us for a dinner.

Conference Attire

Business casual is acceptable for all sessions and meals. The temperature is generally warm during the day and slightly cooler in the evening. The conference center is air conditioned inside.

Directions

The ACE Center is centrally located: about halfway between Valley Forge National Park and historic Philadelphia; and about halfway between Washington, D.C., and New York City. It is easily accessible by car from I-276, I-76, and I-476, as well as by train and plane. A private helipad is available right at our front door!

Directions by Car

From Philadelphia International Airport: Take I-95 South to I-476 North (Plymouth Meeting). Follow I-476 North for 18 miles to exit #18A (Conshohocken). At end of ramp, turn right onto Ridge Pike and proceed for 3.2 miles to the seventh traffic light at Manor Road. Turn right onto Manor Road. Proceed 200 yards and turn right into the ACE Center.

From the South: Take I-95 North to I-476 North (Plymouth Meeting). Follow above directions.

From South Jersey: Take either the Walt Whitman or Ben Franklin Bridge to I-76 West (Schuykill expressway toward Valley Forge). Go to I-476 North exit (Plymouth Meeting). Follow directions above from exit #18A to the ACE Center.

From Norristown exit #333 Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276): Bear right when exiting toll booth onto Germantown Pike (East). Proceed for 1.8 miles to third traffic light and turn right onto Joshua Road. At first traffic light, turn left onto Ridge Pike and proceed for 1.5 miles to third light at Manor Road. Turn right and proceed 200 yards. Turn right into the ACE Center.

From the North:Take Northeast Extension (I-476) South to East-West PA Turnpike (I-76 and I-276). Proceed for 0.5 mile to Norristown exit #333. Follow above directions from toll booth.

From the West: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) to Norristown exit #333 (former exit 25). Follow above directions from toll booth.
